Biography
After graduating from Columbia Journalism School in 1992, Shailaja
Neelakantan worked as a journalist in New York for eight years.
She was a staff writer for Forbes, Fox News Online, Bloomberg
News and India Abroad. She moved to Hong Kong in 2001 and after
a year returned to New Delhi, where she'd attended Lady Shri
Ram College and worked for the Indian Express.
